LinkedIn is a source of confusion for many. Part of this is because it is new, part of this is because it is evolving at a fairly rapid rate and part of this is because it can serve so many purposes. Career coach Win Sheffield will spotlight using LinkedIn to find the answers you need. And because finding those answers depends on your profile and the connections you have, we will start with these.
By concentrating on the result of your efforts, LinkedIn will seem at least somewhat less confusing than when you began.
